This document is a legal agreement between you and OC Meet. These Terms and Conditions sets forth the provisions under which you may register and use the web-site for the purpose of communicating with others online. We are not responsible for anything that takes place while using our service. We are also not responsible for anything that happens when you meet others from the site. This is your responsibility and for you the user to take proper precautions when interacting with others online and offline.

REMOVAL FROM NETWORK
OC Meet reserves the right to terminate the participation of any member or site without reason but expressly including any member or site that OC Meet judges to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions. Members in violation of OC Meet's Terms and Conditions will be immediately suspensded/terminated. OC Meet may deactivate members with no prior notification, though every effort will be made to notify the suspended/terminated member via the email address provided by the member. Members found in violation of the Terms and Conditions will not receive any credit or payment from OC Meet.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS MODIFICATIONS
OC Meet reserves the right to change the member Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the member's responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions from time to time for such changes. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for any changes that have been made regardless.
